Permanently delete a notification

## Authentication

- `BearerAuth`, http, header `Authorization`, format `JWT`

## Path parameters

- `workspaceId` (`delete/api/notifications/workspaceId/notificationId.path.workspaceId`; string, required) — Workspace ID
- `notificationId` (`delete/api/notifications/workspaceId/notificationId.path.notificationId`; string, required) — Notification ID
