`GET /api/rcs/workspaces/{workspaceId}/templates`

Returns the rcs_content_templates rows for the workspace (rich-card metadata, no Twilio tokens).

## Authentication

- `BearerAuth`, http, header `Authorization`, format `JWT`

## Path parameters

- `workspaceId` (`get/api/rcs/workspaces/workspaceId/templates.path.workspaceId`; string, required)
