`GET /api/rep-profiles/team/public-links`

Owner, admin or manager only. The role is read from workspace_members, not from the token. Managers can view. Owners and admins also get can_unpublish. This route never creates a code. Returns 503 when the database function is missing. A caller who is not a member of the workspace in x-workspace-id is rejected by authenticate.

## Header parameters

- `x-workspace-id` (`get/api/rep-profiles/team/public-links.header.x-workspace-id`; string, optional)
