`GET /api/twilio/config/{workspaceId}`

apiKeyAuth, and the authorized workspace must be the URL workspace (a `?workspace_id=` or header
naming another workspace is a 403). The Auth Token and API key secret are write-only: the
response carries `has_auth_token` instead. `account_sid` is included for workspace owners/admins
(and platform/service callers) only.

## Authentication

- `BearerAuth`, http, header `Authorization`, format `JWT`

## Path parameters

- `workspaceId` (`get/api/twilio/config/workspaceId.path.workspaceId`; string, required)
