`GET /api/unified-workflow/batch-capabilities`

Read-only and uncached. Requires verified identity and a bound workspace. A 404 from an older backend permits the existing legacy submission only when no v2 submission is pending. No credential or executable workflow is returned.

## Authentication

Requires one of the following:

- `BearerAuth`, http, header `Authorization`, format `JWT`
- `BackendTriggerAuth`, apiKey, in header, header `X-Trigger-Secret`

## Header parameters

- `X-Workspace-Id` (`get/api/unified-workflow/batch-capabilities.header.X-Workspace-Id`; string, required)
