`PATCH /api/call-center/contacts/{contactId}/recovery`

Requires a verified session, current workspace membership. Contact actions enforce visibility; visit configuration requires manager access.

## Authentication

- `BearerAuth`, http, header `Authorization`, format `JWT`

## Path parameters

- `contactId` (`patch/api/call-center/contacts/contactId/recovery.path.contactId`; string, required)
  - format `uuid`

## Request body

- `status` (`patch/api/call-center/contacts/contactId/recovery.status`; string, optional)
  - one of `"ready"`, `"deferred"`, `"dismissed"`
- `assignedUserId` (`patch/api/call-center/contacts/contactId/recovery.assignedUserId`; string, optional, nullable) — Manager only; omission preserves assignment
  - format `uuid`
- `availableAt` (`patch/api/call-center/contacts/contactId/recovery.availableAt`; string, optional) — Required future time when deferring
  - format `date-time`
- `expectedUpdatedAt` (`patch/api/call-center/contacts/contactId/recovery.expectedUpdatedAt`; string, optional) — Last observed updated_at; stale review returns 409
  - format `date-time`
- `note` (`patch/api/call-center/contacts/contactId/recovery.note`; string, optional)
  - maxLength 1000
