`POST /api/field-sales/conversations/{id}/finalize`

Idempotent. Re-finalizing a failed conversation retries processing against the same immutable object; it never re-uploads or overwrites audio.

## Authentication

- `BearerAuth`, http, header `Authorization`, format `JWT`
