`POST /api/field-sales/conversations/{id}/qa-flag`

Raises a review flag on a conversation the caller can already see — a rep on their own conversation, a manager on any. One open flag per conversation; flagging again returns the existing open flag. A pending flag is visible to managers and to the flagger, never surfaced to the rep until a verdict is given.

## Authentication

- `BearerAuth`, http, header `Authorization`, format `JWT`

## Request body

_Required._

- `reason` (`post/api/field-sales/conversations/id/qa-flag.reason`; string, required)
  - one of `"pricing_quoted"`, `"compliance"`, `"no_appointment"`, `"cancellation_risk"`, `"great_call"`, `"other"`
- `note` (`post/api/field-sales/conversations/id/qa-flag.note`; string, optional)
