`POST /api/livechat/video/phone-handoffs`

## Authentication

- `BearerAuth`, http, header `Authorization`, format `JWT`

## Request body

_Required._

- `workspaceId` (`post/api/livechat/video/phone-handoffs.workspaceId`; string, required)
- `contactId` (`post/api/livechat/video/phone-handoffs.contactId`; string, required)
  - format `uuid`
