Update a registered RCS card in place (Flow Builder V2 "Update card")

Creates a NEW Twilio Content Template (Content Templates are immutable — every create mints a fresh content_sid) but UPDATEs the existing rcs_content_templates ROW in place rather than inserting a new one, so a flow node's stored templateId stays stable across edits even though the underlying content_sid churns. Same validation/limits as templates/create. Authenticated workspace user (Bearer).
