Twilio connection status for a workspace (the Auth Token is never returned)

apiKeyAuth, and the authorized workspace must be the URL workspace (a ?workspace_id= or header naming another workspace is a 403). The Auth Token and API key secret are write-only: the response carries has_auth_token instead. account_sid is included for workspace owners/admins (and platform/service callers) only.
